Cordish Gaming Group and Live! Casino Pittsburgh Ante Up for Make it Matter Regional Conference

Cordish Gaming Group, the gaming division of The Cordish Companies, and Live! Casino Pittsburgh have enhanced their commitment to the upcoming Make It Matter Regional Conference, hosted by the Westmoreland Diversity Coalition, with a pledge to serve as one of the presenting sponsors and location host of the event.
 
Scheduled for May 8-10, 2024, at The Venue Live!, the Make It Matter Regional Conference will provide participants with valuable insights on the importance of diversity and how strategically managing inclusion is critical to regional employers, managers, HR professionals and executive leaders.
 
“The Cordish Companies has a long history of investing in sustainable and inclusive projects in the communities they serve,” said Sean Sullivan, Board Member of the Westmoreland Diversity Coalition and General Manager of Live! Casino Pittsburgh. “Supporting this conference and other initiatives through the Live! in the Community program will go a long way to promote growth and vibrancy in our region.”

National Strategist Melanie Miller, of Melanie Miller & Associates, will kick off the conference as the keynote speaker. In her experience in sales and advertising for corporate America, Miller has integrated multi-facets of leading, managing and leveraging organizational strength through intentional acts of inclusive leadership.
 
Lunch speakers include Mozelle E. Daniels, Deputy Chief Counsel of Administration/Director of Diversity of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and Todd Snovel, Chief Leadership and Engagement Officer of County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania.

The Conference offers participants both a one-day ($200) and two-day pass ($350) for all sessions.
