What is it?

Want to showcase your business's full potential to host fun events? Through our chamber's business after hours, you will bring in attending members and their guests as they experience a night of seamless networking.

To keep it lively, entertainment is provided by Darkshark Entertainment, and also included is a 50/50 raffle with a cash prize.

One key component of these events is our spotlight tables, which consist of member to member resources, including a monthly non-profit organization. Four spotlight tables are featured to make your business to stand out at the event through the opportunity to display marketing materials and speak to the group.

When is it?

A business after hours with us takes place on the second Wednesday of the month and lasts from 5:05 - 6:35 p.m.

However, we do not have spots for June, July, and August, since we have a variety of other exciting events going on around that time.

Why host it?

If you host a business after hours, promoting the location will be a priority for us. Places we will share it include weekly eblasts, monthly newsletters, social media, and the chamber events calendar.

That's not all, as those attending will experience your wonderful space and all it has to offer. Of course, this will lead to them wanting to come back for more fun times. We are always bringing in new faces, so there's an endless client base waiting for you!

You will provide...

These are some things you will need to provide to make the evening a seamless and fun experience:

  • Food and beverage
  • Parking/room for approximately 50 people
  • Welcome table
  • Coat rack (if necessary)
  • Cash bar (optional)

Morning Mingle

What is it?

Want to showcase your business's full potential to make mornings fun? Through our chamber's business after hours, you will bring in attending members and their guests as they start the day strong with seamless networking and delicious breakfast.

One of the more fun components of this event is the "60-second elevator pitch." What is this? Each person will get the chance to give a short speech describing who they are, what they do, and other information about them.

Everyone will get the chance to hear from a guest speaker, who will share some inspiring words. This can even be a representative from your organization!

When is it?

A morning with us takes place on the third Thursday of the month and lasts from 9:00 - 10:30 p.m.

However, we do not have spots for June, July, and August, since we have a variety of other exciting events going on around that time. December is also unavailable because of the Christmas holiday.

Why host it?

If you host a morning mingle, promoting the location will be a priority for us. Places we will share it include weekly eblasts, monthly newsletters, social media, and the chamber events calendar.

That's not all, as those attending will experience your wonderful space and all it has to offer. Of course, this will lead to them wanting to come back for more fun times. We are always bringing in new faces, so there's an endless client base waiting for you!

Ribbon Cutting

What is it?

Is your business celebrating its grand opening? An anniversary? A significant milestone? Let's celebrate together!

The owner/director of your business will share some words about the accomplishment achieved, followed by the ribbon cutting itself. We will provide the ribbon and scissors. Networking and refreshments will follow.

When is it?

A ribbon cutting will correspond with the accomplishment date.

Why host it?

First, you accomplished something big, so of course you should celebrate! However, it doesn't stop there. An exciting event like this will bring in plenty of customers, which is especially beneficial if it's your grand opening, although it doesn't hurt to bring in new faces to a well-established business.
