For more than forty years, Blackburn Center has provided services to victims of violence and crime in Westmoreland County. Our organization has long-standing roots and relationships in this community, working hand-in-hand with county agencies and systems, local schools, businesses, churches, and civic groups to develop a network of trauma-informed services that are available both to victims of violence and crime and to the community as a whole.
If your life has been impacted by crime or violence in any way, we are here for you, with a wide range of supportive services that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you are a business owner and are concerned about these issues for your employees, we are here for you, with training and tools to help you provide a supportive and safe workplace.
