    Job Description
    General Contractor seeks full time Administrative Assistant to carry out office functions and be the customer facing, front office representative.  These duties are essential:
    Answer phones, take messages and schedule appointments
    Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail
    Maintain databases, filing systems and generate reports
    Must have a thorough understanding of QuickBooks (will train)
    Must have a thorough understanding of Excel, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office
    Proficient skills in bookkeeping including payroll, accts payable and receivable, etc. (will train)
    This position offers full health benefits, paid vacation, 3 personal days and paid holidays.  Hourly rate of $18-$21 depending on experience.
